Tour Summary Camping Safari in Kenya is truly a great safari adventure, and most of Kenya's Game Reserves and National Parks have camping grounds and some basic facilities. Spacious tent camping space and long drop latrines are often available. Mara is also known for it's reach Wildlife and friendly atmosphere.
Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara Today our safari will lead us to the jewel of Kenya parks, the Masai Mara Game Reserve by road. Masai Mara is Kenya’s most visited reserve and a home to the “Big Five”. The breathtaking views, a panorama of fertile vast rolling plains which supports a huge amount of resident plain games and their predators. Apart from the big five the Giraffe in Masai Mara is most famous for the annual spectacle of the wildebeest migration, where millions of wildebeest, zebra and gazelle leave the plains of the Serengeti and cross the Mara River in search of fresh feeding grounds.
Lunch will be served en-route at Narok Town. On arrival at Masai Mara you will be served with Kenyan coffee at our permanent campsite before proceeding for a late afternoon game drive. Later you will return to the camp for dinner and overnight (LD).
Day 2: Masai Mara The day will start with early morning game drive before dawn and later return to your camp for breakfast and relax for the rest of late morning. Later, late afternoon return to the wilderness in search of games, all meals and overnight at our permanent campsite (BLD).
Day 3: Masai Mara – Nairobi Soon after breakfast, with game drive en route drive back to Nairobi with lunch en-route arriving in the in time for lunch at your own arrangement (BL).
